| We went for a meal bank holiday weekend The food was poor meat very dry cutlary and plates were dirty service was poor it took 20 mins to get a coffee Toilets were not clean urine over toilet seats and floor we spent £90 in the resturant but at last orders were refused a drink ."manager prefered to serve his cronies" who looked mostly under age. | After attending this pub on friday night 16/03/07 I was shocked to find a gang or under aged youths had taken over the smoking section of the pub, not only were their actions loud, abusive and intimidating to others but on visiting the toilet it was obvious that there had also been drug taking going on. The manager was nowhere to be found and these youths were friendly with the bar staff, regulars? I don't know but certainly not a good advert for what I once considered to be a nice pub where you could enjoy a relaxed evening and a decent meal. This pub is certainly not a place I would recommend or ever consider entering again, which is a shame because it was once a nice place.
