| This pub is very attractive, sitting outside opposite the beautiful church watching the world go by with a glass in hand is a very enjoyable pastime. The pleasant staff set a friendly tone and canine visitors are more than welcome. Haven't tried the food yet, but it usually looks good. | Now Under new Ownership! 15 01 09 The new owners are Fran and Jeff Veal who also own The Fox and Hounds, Romney Street, Knatts Valley. All of you that have been there now what a wonderful place that is and Ye Olde George Inne will also be a fantastic destination pub full of charm and character. Everyone is welcome Including Dogs and Children and the locals are coming back in their droves.
