| I visited the baron a few days ago and to be honest wished i hadn't. Firstly on entering the bar i was greeted with a snappy barmaid who was less than pleasant i can asssure you. We decided we needed to eat unfrtunately as there was nothing else for miles. The beer we were told was award wining, i found it too flat and maybe stale but i didnt like it anyway so i was on tepid water for the night. When we did order our meal it eventualy came after 1 hour and was then cold, we tod the management who then tookour fod for another 20mins and eventually slumped what looked like a plate of stodge and gloop in front of us. It was horrendous, so much so that we decided to leave and make people aware how bad our experience was.
