| Service was poor, food was worse - overcooked and tasteless. Apart from the prime location everything else lets it down. We complained and were given a free meal. This was equally as band - we didn't bother staying for dessert![Report for Removal] | Mrs Rock Salisbury Wiltshire |

| Such a shame this lovely pub in a prime city centre location is terribly let down by the lack of atmosphere due to the disinterested staff who are only concerned in getting as much profit from the passing trade. Obviously this pays nicely because they are totally uninterested in making anyone feel welcome and are known to overcharge regularly on their already massively inflated prices.The ox row next door is much friendlier.
