| Visited Little haen now for many years,and this year we tried the swan. Staff were courteous and very helpful, ambience was very nice, and the seats well spaced and dressed,The menu was small and just the right amount of choice. The food however was a bit of a let down. The salting of the main meals was a real shame as the rib of pembs beef and the ham,would have really stood out on their own for their fabulous flavour without the sauce (jus) poured over being drowned in salt. It was a real shame. The crab starter was also by contrast very bland with little flavour or seasoning. We both made this comment to the staff who were pleased to have feedback, but I feel that the chef really needs to start tasting what he cooks as the menu itself and the location are absolutely perfect.
