| Atfer 9 months of avoiding this pub and giving it a terrible review I decided to give it a 2nd chance. I wish I hadnt as the terrible bar maid and the horrible cook was still there and I believe they victimised me with a very poor meal and hold a grudge. 2 of my friends ordered the same food and for some strange reason theirs looked eatable and well presented and had a large plateful. I had a stogey burger with 12 chips and what looked like the scraping of coleslaw on a teaspoon. If that is not holding a grudge then what is? What mortifies me is what an earth they may have put in my food or done with it, well if I am ill then I am sure they will know about it. | It is a shame after all this time that they have taken a barmaid back on after she left and the service has gone back down hill. The food is lovely but it took ages to get a PUDDING. Do not go if you only have an hout for lunch as they do not accomodate even if you order your pudding with your main meal it stil takes ages to get your pudding. After asking to speak to the manager I was told it was her day off so she would not come and speak to me about the problem.
