| Shown on the website as being dog friendly - when we arrived with our dog on 13th October 2011, we were told no dogs allowed in the pub.[Report for Removal] | Jeff Lewis west Molesey Surrey |

| My wife and I went with five friends. None of us knew the area. The pub was warm and welcoming and had a good number of other customers, which for a miserable Monday in February was in itself a good sign. We all agreed that the service was good and the food well priced, hot and excellent 'home-style' cooking of a presentation that was way above our expectations. We would thorougly recommend The Black Horse [Report for Removal] | Alan Paxton Walton on Thames Surrey |

| Our party were let down at the last minute by another Horley pub. The Black Horse were able to accommodate our party (20) at the last minute and gave us first class service as well as excellent food. I would highly recommend them. [Report for Removal] | J Glasgow Reigate Surrey |
