| This pub has recently got a new Landlord & Landlady. The beers are good, and there is a good choice of real ale. Food is served all day and is of a good quality. The Landlord, Jason, is a real character, and is very friendly and talkative. In the past this pub suffered from having a small clique of clientele, and wasn't welcoming. This has now changed and I felt very at home, even as an occasional visitor. Great pub to sit and chat, good food, good conversation, and a real old-pub feel to it.
