| Ordered sausage and mash, and was disgusted to find that the mash was out of a packet!! When challenged, this was confirmed by a member of staff. No apology was made, and we were still charged full price - £13.95!! Wrote to the manager, who has never replied......So don't go to eat here if you are expecting the "real food" that they advertise, or good customer service.
