| Having rang this evening at 6.40pm to make a booking for 14 people on saturday evening I was told to hold the line 10mins later still holding. Rang off at 6.50pm and then kept dialling until 7.05pm.The phone was then answered I asked to speak to the manager the man that answered informed me that he was the manager. He also said that he was the person who actually put me on hold. There was no apology his attitude was disgusting to say the least. I told him that this was a final family meal for my terminally ill Mother who incidently chose this venue because she used to frequent it regularly. His response was to say he could not help it if he was dealing with something else.
