| I live within 10 miles of this pub but have to have a proper thirst to use it. Well situated,large car park.good outside seating area beside a flowing stream. The pub is close to the fishing town of looe and the beaches and Country park of Seaton and Downderry. The pub during the summer holiday season is very busy and although i don't use it during that period i'm told that thanks to a barman named Roy the service is of a high standard. Unfortunally during the winter months (and its a very long winter in Cornwall) when i have visited the pub,the typical MANAGED pub service raises its ugly head with that couln't care less attitude by the staff. I'm giving it a average because it's no better or no worse than the average MANAGED pub but could do a lot better.Mm [Report for Removal] | Michael L Torpoint Cornwall |
