| A 300 year old coaching Inn oozing character. There is a good selection of beer, lager etc. Cask ales include the local Batemans XB (Recommended) and a guest. Usual collection of beers, lagers and ciders but also Aspall draught Cyder (Very recommended!). Good choice of food from a menu and specials boards. The chef is a professional and the Wheatsheaf rightly boasts 'Restaurant food at pub prices'. A friendly, 'safe' atmosphere where families are welcome. In cooler months there are open fires which add to the ambience. In the summer a shady beer garden. All in all a great place for a drink and a meal with friends and family.[Report for Removal] | Kelvin Boston Lincolnshire |
