| My friend and I have visited the 'King Bill',for many years, for lunches about once a fortnight. We were always warmly welcomed, usually by Sarah, a most attentive waitress/barmaid. The freshly prepared food has never disappointed, the landlord's, fish in ale batter being particularly fine. No soggy batter here. My friend is no longer with us but I shall continue to make an occasional trip from St. Ives. I know it's worth it. The selection of cask ale is also well kept.[Report for Removal] | Jim King St. Ives Cambs |
