| Just been there for lunch. Superb menu. Went for the set menu and was delighted by the quality of the food. If anything there was a bit too much nd didn't have room for the chocolate pud! | From March 08, The Bell has been under new ownership. Following an impressive make-over this pub/restaurant is now unrecognisable. My family and I are local and haven't visited this pub for over 2 years. It's now all fresh food expertly cooked and fantastic service. We all had the Sunday cavery which offered beef, turkey and salmon. We loved it so much we've booked again for next week. Really impressed by the new owners.
