| Avoid. Regulars obviously get preferrential treatment. We waited 45 minutes for a simple meal while others who came in 30 mins after us were served. First barman who checked for us didn't even bother to keep us informed then second (singing barman) told us we had been 'forgotten'. No apologies, no smile, no eye contact. Nothing!! We walked out.[Report for Removal] | disgruntled Newport South Wales |
