| On 24th May 2007, we found The Recruiting Sergeant quite by accident after touring Grantham to find a suitable restaurant. Being unsuccesful, we continued our journey North but passing by the Pub we thought it looked a fine place. We weren't disappointed, it was clean, the food fantastic, the staff friendly and helpful, gents toilets were very clean, and prices very reasonable.
