| I've never felt the need to comment online about anything but felt the Ridley Arms disappointing in service, price and the slection and quality of vegetarian food. If you're booking for anyone vegetarian then this probably won't be the place for you: myself and my partner ordered feta and pine nut wellington accompanied by green salad and new potatoes at £9.25 per meal. We got a pasty, a bowl of undressed sald and (ten minutes after the earlier had been served) nueked potatoes! Laugahable had the price not been so ridiculous. The most worrying thing is that (from the behaviour of the serving staff) they all knew that what was being sent out was clearly substandard. The manageress refunded the price of the meals but that's small consolation when you're going out in a party for a birthday meal. [Report for Removal] | S. Cox Cramlington Northumberland |

| My family decided to eat out for Sunday lunch (18/7); we arrived at about 12.20pm and easily found a table as we hadn't booked although shortly after this the place soon began to fill up. We enjoyed a delicious main course and were busy selecting a sweet when the waitress informed us that the wrong menu's had been given out. She promptly collected them all in and said that she would be back in a couple of minutes with another one. 25minutes later we gave up waiting and left - some people hadn't been to able to even order their main course. I find this totally unacceptable, no apology was offered and we won't be back in a hurry. [Report for Removal] | June Taylor Whitley Bay Tyne & Wear |

| Dreadful. Problems with menu, food cold & was returned twice but still unsatisfactory. Very expensive for below average food. Will not be going back anytime soon.[Report for Removal] | Nic B Ashington Northumberland |
