| The pub itself is very clean staff are very friendly but the food is well below par ordered the homemade pie with chips gravy/ peas 2/7/2011 The chips were burnt with what looked like old burnt chips from the bottom of the fryer on my plate, gravy was like water no taste at all. Not good enough Travelling Man after a major refurb why the poor food maybe your chef was having a bad day.
