| this pub is a very friendly place and the people who frequent the premises give a great wellcome.the present management serve a very good pint and at £1.75 very good value,they also are top drawer and wellcoming people,always a smile and very polite.anyone who goes to liverpool should visit this pub and meet real and genuine scousers,always laughing and joking and willing to help a stranger.i rate the pub,management and customers very highly.i shall return.jimmy mead,south wales[Report for Removal] | james mead ebbw vale gwent |

| Each time i've been to this pub something bad has happened. i.e. Been short changed, caught food poisining, customers openly taking drugs, car broken into outside, no toilet seats or toilet roll, warm lager, whiskey tasted like a cheap brand, had ash fall into my pint by smoking barmaid who took ash out with her fingers.
