| Pretty setting by the Thames, though you can't sit in this pub and see the river. Excellent food and a large smoke-free eating area and the chef will try to cater for power ordering like "extra bread". Sometimes there can be Antipodean barmaids who have not heard of the English staple dish with cheddar cheese, "lasagne", but this is a friendly place to stop on the way to Kingston.
