| Appears to be a good place for young drinkers but leaves a lot to be desired as a family restaurant. The credit card machine was not working with no backup plan so I had to trek out to the nearest cash machine. Had to wait for one young lady behind the bar to finish writing her text message before being served. Asked for sausage and chips for young daughter which was not on the menu but was told this wouldn't be a problem. Returned as sausage and mash so we asked again for sausage and chips. The same meal was returned as the chef said he doesn't do sausage and chips. After complaining again (we were there because it was my daughter's 11th birthday), it seemed "the chef is having a bad day"! It was eventually resolved. Food was average at best (starters only lukewarm).... and don't get me started on the hundreds of dead midges on the shelf next to our table! I felt sorry for the pleasant young lady looking after us who had to continually deliver bad news. What a shame, such a good location too.[Report for Removal] | Stewart WIlliams Bradford West Workshire |
