| Large pub with beer garden, darts, pool, sky sports and cheap drinks but dont expect any customer service with all these facilities. Staff are very rude and never seem to have enough people working so the speed and level of service is really poor... But above all dont go there for food at lunchtime because it takes forever. The food is nothing special and you never get to eat at the same time as your group because they deliver the food in a complete random order! Today (29/06/07) 3 people in our group had burgers & chips all eaten/finished before the other 2's lasanges arrived (luke warm btw!), which just doesnt make sense... How can they get it so badly wrong?! There was someone else who went there today too and in a group of three people all ordering burger & chips (not rocket science!) only 2 received their meals. They asked 4/5 times 'where's the other order' and all they got back was 'it's the next one coming out' but it nevered arrived so they ended up going without..! No apology no refund...
