| Having not been to this pub for a while, I returned today for lunch with my family and was utterly disappointed by the whole experience. Firstly the high chair (or so called) provided for my 2 year old son was old, tatty and needed a very good clean. Safe to say he did not use it. The service was poor, food ordinary and I even had to send my Steak back to the kitchen. For a £17.00 sirloin steak it was both minute and overcooked. To my amazement, 15 minutes later the same steak was returned to me and I was told that was how “chef” cooks a medium steak. The situation was handled in a very unprofessional manner and with no apology. Never before have I encountered such brashness. I was left feeling very saddened and hungry. The place was severely lacking any form of management, if indeed Sam and Misa were on the premises?
