| The crown pub is the only pub that our family would even think about going to in sedgley. there is a great family atmosphere. Julia, Mike and the rest of the bar staff are all very friendly and hospitable. i would recommend the crown to anyone of any age that simple wanted a good night out. It's a place to enjoy yourself and feel safe doing so. We have eaten in the all day carvery several times, each time as good as the last. [Report for Removal] | s.watton dudley west midlands |

| Having been a regular Customer for the past couple of years I can honestly say the Crown has never been a more welcoming and well run family pub. It is a friendly pub where you can take the family and sample well kept beers or relax in the restaurant and have a meal. The carvery offers excellent value for money with freshly cooked meats and seasonal vegetables with the option of a range of specials and dishes off the menu also available. My partner and I recently chose the Crown for our wedding reception and we were not disappointed by the excellent food and service on the day from Julia, Mick and their staff. | the crown sedgley has been under new managementfor 4 months now and is an excellent family place to visit. carvery meals are excellent value so are childrens meals which come with a free drink. the lounge has recently been re-furbished and has a nice friendly atmosphere for all ages whether it be a quite social visit,or test your mind on quiz night, or have a sing song on karaoke night or popping out to watch the sport on sky tv. they have it all covered so pay them a visit and see what you thinks[Report for Removal] | mrs j brown sedgley west midlands |

| I am a regular visitor to the crown inn and so are a lot of my friends we meet there every week and recommend anyone to try and find a better value carvery anywere, the staff are always friendly and willing to help in any way. all i can say is the place is super go try it for your self.[Report for Removal] | s morris sedgley west midlands |

| I am now a regular customer of the Crown Inn Sedgley, after my first visit there i enjoyed it so much I just keep on coming back! It is by far the best Carvery in the area, and also my favourite place to eat out. I reccomend the place to anyone who will listen and have told all my friends and family to sample the fabulous menu. The food there is simply amazing and the staff are freindly and go out of their way to help. I was overjoyed to find that Ryan the old chef had been brought back and his food is better than ever! I enjoy all of my visits to the crown and i must say i strongly disagree with the previous review. | I had the unfortunate honour of visiting The Crown Sedgley, where I was so discussed with the manner of what seemed to be the manager (tall woman, with shoulder length brown hair not very pretty if you ask me). When I visited the establishment I was shock to find she appeared to be sampling the pubs products rather liberally, and by this I do not mean the bar snacks! And whilst I am sure she was not talking a foreign language her English was sprinkled with words I can not find in the English dictionary. Whilst I expect some banter in a public house, I would have associated her behaviour with that of a brothel. I feel she did not value her customers as is treating her job as a joke, I do feel rather deeply for the staff, as they looked embarrassed by her behaviour but loyally they were trying their hardest to cover up for her. On a positive note though if the management was changed (keep the jolly fat chef cause she can cook a fantastic carvery) I think this would be a good pub, it has good food SOME nice staff and decent parking (if you don’t drive the 558 from Wolverhampton or Dudley stops right outside).
