| Just returned from another weekend away in Church Laneham. Ferry Boat Inn, one word EXCELLENT, love it. Traditional village pub, good ale, good food and a lovely warm atmosphere with the locals and holiday makers.Weekends are very lively and sunday lunch is the best around. | We visit the Ferry Boat Inn most weeks for a drink and sometimes a meal. Its a lively place to visit hidden away in a quiet country village. The locals are all very friendly and make you feel welcome. You leave after making many new friends. The food is of a high standard, with both the quality and quantity second to non, with very reasonable prices.
