| i have never been treated so badly as i was in this pub. i met a friend here one evening as i'd done a few times before. i'd been caught in a massive downpoor and was thankful to finally be somewhere warm and dry. after around 4 pints of fosters i went to the toilet and whilst in there i was confronted by the land lady claiming she was trying to catch me taking drugs, i couldn't believe it. not only did she have absolutely no grounds to accuse me of this, but she didn't even have the decency to at least send in a MALE member of staff to check on me!! i explained i'm a firefighter and so am subjected to drug tests at work but she just shrugged it off and said it don't mean anything. that seemed to be the end of it and as i wasn't asked to leave i assumed she realised she had made a mistake, but when i went to the bar for another round about 20 mins later the barman informed me he was no longer alowed to serve me as she STILL thought i'd been taking drugs. now i'm not the prettiest bloke around, but that doesn't give people the right to treat me this way. as a fireman i have to deal with people from all walks of life and i can honestly say this woman hasn't the first clue with how to deal with the paying public and her people skills are little short of offensive. be warned, if your face doesn't fit best go somewhere else!!![Report for Removal] | trevor kent kent |
