| Wonderful food - great beer- friendly helpful staff- love the real fire ... We visit this pub most Sunday's & at least once in the week .... Always go there for family birthdays etc & when our grandchildren are staying with us[Report for Removal] | David Bexley Kent |

| A birthday meal for 6 people was a totally bad experience at the White Cross Inn last week ! Not a smile or welcome when we arrived at 7pm and at 8.05 the starter of garlic bread (which shouldnt be too challenging to prepare) arrived followed by "batter & chips" NO fish just batter !! as well as 2 other orders that both arrived wrongly prepared ! the staff had to agree that it was truly appalling .. This used to be a favourite venue of my families having lived in the area for over 35 years. We will not be returning to this pub as the atmosphere and service fall far below a reasonable service .[Report for Removal] | S Bush West Malling Kent |
