| My partner and I attempted to purchase a meal on Thursday the 28th of December 2006. Our order was taken but after 45 minutes it was clear we had been overlooked. We found the staff extremely unapologetic, offering no explanation with a rather couldn't care less attitude. This was our 1st visit & our last! A somewhat lack lustre effort by the Swan, or should it be "The Dying Swan"??!![Report for Removal] | Nick & Sally Colchester Essex |
