| Having had a long wait for our meals they were thrown on the table by the waiter who then couldn't wait to flee. Half way through the meal one of us discovered a large palm size piece of onionskin in the pie. Having complained about the onionskin the waiter commented he would pass our comment on to the chef. The least we expected was for the chef or Manager to have the good manners to apologize. We decided to have desert and this time another waiter from the same school of charm chucked the plates down and couldn't wait to leave. When we asked for the bill this came only to discover that we had been overcharged. All I can say is avoid this restaurant if you wish to have a pleasant dining experience, as we will not be returning.[Report for Removal] | Jonathan Chelmsford Essex |

| I have never been to a restaurant with such bad service and bad food. Firstly my wine was cold so i aksed if they would mind if i had another glass. 45 mintes later and after asking numerous times, i went to the bar and bought another one. We waited over an hour for our starter then a furthe 50 minutes for our main course. The yorkshire pudding was raw, the lamb was the portion size you would give a child, the roast chicken was infact reheated bar be que chicken (including sauce)from the night before when i tried to speak to someone about any of the issues, i was looked at as if I WAS THE ONE IN THE WRONG. I had brough my parents to this local eatery, i wouldnt even feed a dog here . Disgrace ![Report for Removal] | Laura Ryan Chelmsford Essex |

| The food here is expensive considering the poor quality. I have eaten here on 5 occasions and 3 times out of the 5 there has been something on the plate which has been inedible. The young lady waitresses ask the standard question "Was everything all right for you?" but when I say "not really, the sausages are so hard I cannot cut them, presumably a result of over-microwaving" they just look dumb and even look at me as though I have no right to say what I think. They NEVER apologise, they have not been trained properly. PLEASE BUCK UP AND START SERVING HIGH QUALITY FOOD.[Report for Removal] | E. Kenny Chelmsford essex |
